| More Info: | Group will be facilitated by Carolyn Kennedy, a psychotherapist and meditation teacher in the Durham Region. Carolyn is an experienced meditator and was trained in the tradition taught by her spiritual teacher Father John Main, OSB. However, meditation is a global practice available to all, and participants are most welcome to use whatever method they are comfortable with or trained in. The format will include a talk, then several spiritual readings, and beautiful music leading us into a period of silence and stillness. Question/answer/discussion and fellowship to follow. This community service is being offered to you as a gift of love.
